Tesrol Doors
Tesrol Doors launches new site with flash Kitchen Designer CMS.
The new Tesrol Doors website has been designed from the ground up so that you can change everything on the site from a custom built administration section with 15 specially designed Content Management Systems running the whole show.
This site has a lot of extras added to it to make using it and finding what you are looking for as easy as possible.
George Rizk, CEO of Tesrol Doors knew exactly what he wanted to achieve when he contacted DotCom Promotions and we are greatful to have been given the opportunity to help him achieve his goals.
Kitchen Designer
We produced a Kitchen Designer in Flash using Actionscript 3.0 to create a Content Management System (CMS) so that Tesrol can easily add kitchen colours, new floors, benches, doors and splashbacks as they come into the showroom. This makes for a very cost effective solution to a traditionally expensive problem.
As trends change, Tesrol can keep up to date meaning that their kitchen designer is always current.
Colour Swatches
We created a CMS to control the colour swatches that are available to be mailed out to customers so that Tesrol can easily update the range when new laminates are released or old lines become redundant.
This page is programmed in javascript so that you can add and delete swatches from your list and then have them posted to you with one click giving full control to the user. Come back later and add to the list if you like and it is there to show your partner when you have made your final selections.
Google Maps and Driving Directions
DotCom Promotions installed full googlemap directories with street view and driving instructions plus a searchable database to find any of the 2,100 retailers that stock Tesrol Doors products.
Gallery
The gallery works off a custom CMS so that photos can be uploaded easily and the galleries edited and created at will. This helps save money as there is no need to get a web professional in to do the work. Simply locate the photo on the desktop and click upload. The program does the rest for you.
Site Search
One of the best features of this site is the search engine designed by DotCom Promotions to easily find anything on the site. It will return Swatches, Pages, Gallery Photos, Door Designs, Products, Accessories and anything else that is accessible from the pages of the website.
